“Beautiful place to stay and eat” -Cherie C

We had high expectations and weren't disappointed. The villas have the most amazing views. They are nicely decked out, clean and the layout allows you to enjoy the view from both the bed and the bathroom. Very impressive. Our visitors were a bonus - we hand-fed beautiful rosellas which came right up to the balcony door. The restaurant also has an amazing view and the food is of high standard (not amazing but extremely good quality). The service was top notch. We had to leave early the next day (before the restaurant opened for breakfast) so they happily packed us a lovely hamper to enjoy before we left. Overall it was very good value - we booked a Winter Warmer package which included accommodation, two course dinner and wine, and breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We came to feel special and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing, the service was spot on and the view was pretty special. We will be back and maybe next time, even try out the accommodation.

This is my third visit and first time with my daughter. Excellent service, yummy food, fantastic views. Special call out to George, thankyou for an awesome lunch. We will be back. Best time to visit is for lunch or dinner during the summer to take advantage of the spectacular views.

The room is huge, very clean, has fantastic views and 2 resident rosellas after biscuits. Restaurant has very friendly staff and the food is huge servings and really yummy. The cuttlefish on the menu is well worth trying. Highly recommend visiting.

You sooo don't want to pull down the blinds with that view! It can't be missed! I think it should be renamed Chris's treetop villas. As for the restaurant - great food, great wine and damn fabulous service. We were a little 'disheveled' by the time we stopped for dinner after a big sight-seeing day and the wonderful service got us sorted. I couldn't decide on wine so they gave us a tasting to help me on the way...

...we dined at Chris's restaurant for dinner. The building was stunning, the fire burning alongside a couple of couches made a great entrance. We all found the service and attention very professional, everything was carried out in a unobtrusive way and we never missed a word of our conversations while the staff attended to us. Then the food came and we were in heaven. Such a great selection to start with and a very varied menu, it was difficult to choose. The wine selection was perfect. There were entrees, mains, desserts and coffee served and not one scrap of food was left on a plate. This restaurant should not be missed...

We visited Chris's place in a cold August night and it was a magnificent experience. Ticks all the boxes for quality of food, service and location. Very friendly staff that made every effort to please us. The grilled octopus, saganaki and lamb were excellent, as well as the very extensive Greek wine list. This was the best Greek restaurant we've been to in Victoria, and coupled with the magnificent location it's a must for a special occasion on Great Ocean Road. To finish off the night we had the complementary mastiha liquor, delightful!

Provides a magnificent vantage point high above Apollo Bay township. Great location from which to explore the Great Ocean Road attractions. Cosy, contemporary split-level accommodation coupled with the owner's Greek inspired gourmet restaurant. Outstanding!
